It is essential for these people to learn to bond. Getting out of the office environment and going through the combination of various practical shared experiences, drastically improve inter-office relationships.</div> <bR> <div> The teambuilding program @ <B>“The Farm”</B> is run on a system based on the hugely successful TV program, “Survivor.” It is a fun and safe way of exploring strengths and weaknesses, while having the absolute time of your life. </div> <div> _________________________________________________________________________________________</div> <bR> <div> <B><U><IMG SRC="0d62ce10.jpg" border=0 width="300" height="225" ALIGN="LEFT" HSPACE="15" VSPACE="0">Option One: </U></B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"The Amazing Race"</B></div> <bR> <div> Off The Farm activity - Go find clues and rewards at various destinations in the area eg., wine farms,  museums, etc. The same sort of thing as above, except that instead of staying on the farm and gathering the clues here, the teams would have to go to various destinations and solve riddles in order to be awarded the clue to the next destination.  </div> <bR> <bR> <bR> <div> Rates are <B>R150-00</B> per person for a half day. (Plus minus 4 hours)</div> <bR> <div> _________________________________________________________________________________________</div> <bR> <div> <B><U><IMG SRC="0d82ce10.jpg" border=0 width="300" height="225" ALIGN="LEFT" HSPACE="15" VSPACE="0">Option Two: </U></B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"Go Find" </B></div> <bR> <div> On The Farm activity - Group can be split up into competing teams in a basic treasure hunt involving the solving of clues, decrypting messages, some basic obstacles such as swimming to the middle of the farm dam to retrieve the next clue from a floating raft, orienteering - this involves basic navigation, and competing around various challenges such as crossing a muddy trench on a pole in order to continue on their way. Everyone get filthy dirty and has great fun. We do a spiderweb chalenge, A tractor tyre race, Brainteasers, Play killer volleyball, etc. there is an equal balance between physical and mental strengths.</div> <bR> <bR> <div> Rates are <B>R150-00</B> per person for a half day. All equipment and tuition is supplied. For the ultimate abseiling and kloofing experience  - all participants have a few oprtunities to abseil off cliffs of up to 60 meters.
